As content became more intentional and more aligned with the brand, the account saw substantial gains in reach, engagement, and audience growth. Nightcap launched without a website, so we designed and built one from scratch — a digital experience that matched the atmosphere of the space and made it easy for guests to explore the menu, book a table, and find upcoming events.
The site went live on October 24 and drew 150 visits and more than 400 pageviews in its first week. That momentum didn't fade. By December, the website was bringing in over 1,000 visitors and nearly 3,000 pageviews a month, with steady daily traffic from Google search, direct visits, and social media.
Visitors came with clear intent. The menu pages saw engagement rates of 88–89%, and the Events and Reservations pages topped 90%. Within two months of launch, Nightcap was earning nearly 400 clicks a month from Google search alone, showing up on the first page when people searched for "Nightcap Chattanooga."
